Novoryt Duro Liquid Dowel

Novoryt Duro is a thermoplastic injection system for fastening technology.

Application area:

  • Fasteners in various insulation materials

  • Plastic dowels
  • Sieve sleeves (alternative to 2K system)

Processing:

Blow out the drilled hole (dry and dust-free), inject Duro Stick into plastic anchors, allow to cool for approx. 10 - 20 minutes, then continue processing as usual (fastening using conventional wood screws).

Recommendation:

For dowels (10 mm), inject 2 strokes (1 stroke = approx. 15 mm), wait 2 minutes, inject another 1 - 2 strokes. For screen sleeves (12 mm), inject 3 strokes, then wait 4 - 5 minutes, inject another 3 strokes. For other dimensions, inject less or more depending on the size.
