NOVORYT Melting Putty

Novoryt-Schmelzkitt

besteht aus verschiedenen Co-Polymeren, der Schmelzpunkt liegt bei 120°C. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt mit dem Novoryt Akku- oder Gasschmelzer. Dieser Ausbesserungskitt eignet sich für mittlere Schäden an beanspruchten Oberflächen (Parkett- oder Laminatböden, Korkbeläge, Möbel, Kunstharzoberflächen, Küchen etc.).

Das überschüssige Material wird mittels der Rillen vom Spachtel, einer Abziehklinge oder des Stemmeisens abgetragen. Der Schmelzkitt ist mit verschiedenen Lacksystemen überlackierbar, nimmt Beize und Öl auf und weist nur einen geringen Glanz auf. NOVORYT Schmelzkitt ist in über 160 verschiedenen Farbtönen erhältlich. Selbstverständlich fertigen wir auch Spezialfarben auf Kundenwunsch an.

Is a smooth filler that is used by rubbing or pressing with the plastic putty knife It is suitable for small or narrow damage points, e.g. in interior fittings, panelling etc., which are not subject to any load and is available in 120 different colours. It convinces with good adhesion. Due to wax components, the surface of the filler is sensitive to dust and dirt and should therefore be treated with Novoryt spray varnish.

Special colours on demand are possible from 20 pieces on.

NOVORYT Quattro Sticks

Art. Nr. 131.xxx

NOVORYT Quattro stick is the "little sister" of the thermoplastic Novoryt Forte granules. As the name Quattro (in English four) already suggests, the sticks are suitable for 4 different areas of application (wood floors & stairs, décor & melamine resin, lightweight construction, doors & window profile)

The sticks are heated with the melting gun (processing temperature of max. 150 C degree) and injected into the damaged area. Then, the filler is promptly cooled with the specially coated aluminum cool block and the excess material can be removed with the cut-off iron. The surface can now be coated with most lacquers and paints, sprayed or rolled (aqueous lacquer systems, UV lacquers, nitro lacquer, natural oils and waxes, solvent-based stain).

Binds with resin residues in the wood.
Store at normal room temperature without special packaging.
No loss of quality.
Long shelf life.
